Design
Concept to reality
SBE can assist with your company requirements from initial concept through to completion. Once you approach our team, we can assist with all aspects of design, providing mechanical and electrical drawings along with the relevant design criteria. We will use project parameters and guidelines to build the project into a workable solution.
Management and Supervision

Our In House team have vast experience of Project Management on all types of M&E works based on contracts such as NEC4 and JCT. Let us manage the project for you, we will work with your management and site team, attend project and site meetings, prepare programmes, drawings, financial reports and valuations and provide you with regular updates.
Documentation
Get it on paper
All companies and projects have a paperwork and documentation requirement. SBE can provide and prepare all required documentation, ranging from contract reports, spend profiles, certification, O&M manuals, H&S requirements and all of the required legislation documentation. We can also provide asset management and documentation control.
